The Lancia Delta came out in 1979, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro. A performance version was introduced as the HF Integrale with a turbo engine and 4-wheel drive. Modified versions dominated international rallying in the late 80s and early 90s, winning 46 rallies and six constructors’ championships. Homologation rules meant that there were also road-going versions which went through various improvements, constantly boosting performance.
Pictured is the Evoluzione, generally known as the HF integrale ‘Evo’, which came out in 1991. This example is finished in metallic Derby Green with a grey alcantara interior.
